I know first hand the pressure the body can be put under. I’m running my first long distance run since 2019, what worked 6 years ago, no longer works for me know at almost 40. However I am running quicker than I did 6 years ago. The key has been using my Chiropractic knowledge from the International Certification in Sports Chiropractic, training with a coach and prioritising rehab and regular Chiropractic adjustments to ensure im moving freely and hitting those PBs
